Fees and availability
If you decide that you would like to contact us an initial enquiry will be made over the telephone (or email) where we would briefly discuss any questions you have and availability. There will be no charge for this enquiry. Should you choose to proceed, we would then arrange a date, discuss fees and schedule an assessment session. Assessment sessions are generally longer. The assessment sessions are designed to discuss your difficulties, goals for treatment, treatment plan as well as provide you with an opportunity to ask further questions about therapy.
Following the assessment stage you are under no obligation to continue treatment with us and should you wish, we can also recommend other therapists or services for you to access. Should you choose to continue your treatment we would then schedule in further appointments. These appointments will last approximately 50 mins to an hour. Payments can be made by bank transfer or paid in cash.
If you require home visits and require the therapist to travel to your home, please note that travel time and mileage will be included on top of the session rate. Enquire for further details.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy which we adhere to strictly with the exception of a personal tragedy.
If you have private health care insurance then let us know at the time of booking as we would need the details prior to the first session. We are covered by most health insurance providers and it is usually straightforward to arrange recognition with insurers.
